The CasaFan SPEED series comprises versatile floor and pedestal fans. A shiny chrome-plated housing, a stable base and a protective grille guarantee durability and safety. For maximum flexibility, the devices are also suitable for wall mounting or chain suspension. An integrated carrying handle and cable reel on the back facilitate transport and handling. Three speed settings allow the air flow to be adjusted as required.

SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS SUMMER FANS INSIDE
- The fan is used to circulate dry room air. It may not be used in machines or in damp, wet, corrosive, flammable or explosive rooms and areas.
- This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved. Cleaning and maintenance by the user must not be carried out by children without supervision.
- Children must not play with the appliance.
- Dispose of the packaging material out of the reach of children. There is a risk of suffocation, e.g. if swallowed!
- Check the mains cable for damage and the protective grille for tightness before each use.
- If the mains cable is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its customer service department or a similarly qualified person.
- If unusual noises occur during operation, stop the fan immediately, secure it against restarting and contact the manufacturer, its customer service or a suitably qualified person.- Before setting up, cleaning or servicing the fan, disconnect the power by pulling the plug out of the socket.
- The voltage specification on the rating plate must match the local mains voltage.
- The mains connection to which the fan is connected must comply with the applicable local standards and be installed in accordance with regulations. It must have an earth connection and the fan must be connected to this.
- The fan may only be operated fully assembled and with a protective grille.
- The fan must be operated on a level, stable surface. Never place a pedestal or floor fan on tables or similar objects. Place a table fan on tables and cabinets up to a maximum height of 1.5 m in such a way that it cannot be accidentally knocked over or pulled down by the cable.
- Route the mains cable so that it does not pose a tripping hazard. Do not route the cable over sharp edges and never crush the cable during installation.
- Do not push any objects through the protective grille! Remove loose objects that could be sucked in from the intake area before switching on the fan! Keep loose clothing such as scarves with fringes away from the protective grille!
- Choose a safe installation location where no objects can be sucked into the protective grille.
- Never use the appliance in places where it could fall or be pushed into water.
- Never touch the fan with wet or damp hands.
- Do not expose the fan to direct water jets.
- Never immerse an electrical appliance in water or other liquids.
- Do not expose the fan to harmful environmental influences (direct, heavy rain, strong sunlight, etc.).
- Always switch the fan off after use. If you are not going to use it for a longer period of time, unplug the power plug.
- Do not pull the mains plug out of the socket by the cable. Grip the plug and not the cable when pulling it out.
- Maintenance must be carried out once a year. Check that all screws are tight. Check the mains cable and the protective grille for visible damage. If the mains cable or protective grille are damaged, take the fan out of operation. Contact the manufacturer, its customer service or a suitably qualified person.
- Keep the fan away from heat sources. The minimum distance from radiant heaters and ovens is 1.5 m.
